Under winXP SP3 when the USB Bluetooth dongle is inserted - the IDE-0022 and IDE-101 opens slow (~25sec) and the Tools tab cannot be opened. After removing the dongle it works as expected. BT uses standard XP driver (5.1.2600.5512, 04/13/2008, Microsoft BT Enumerator), the radio is Cambridge Silicon Radio Ltd., (BT204 BT Micro Adapter).
