Bluetooth module HC-05/6 with joystick

Hello. Is it possible to connect the Bluetooth module HC-05/6 to the joy-con joystick of Nintendo, please? The HC-05/6 will be wired to an Arduino Uno.

My concern is that the joy-con joystick uses a 3.0 Bluetooth, while the HC-05/6 uses 2.0 Bluetooth. Will there be a conflict because of this, please? Thanks in advance.
