Im using an Arduino nano esp32 to control a motor to go up and down through Bluetooth, when I power the arduino through my computer and the motor driver through a 5V power supply it works perfectly, I tried supplying the arduino with the 5V power supply and i could not find the arduino in my bloetooth app, so I thought that its probably because the power supply does not have enough current to power the motor and the arduino fully. For this reason I powered the arduino with a 12V 2A power supply, but I still cant connect to it through bluetooth.
So the question is, why does the bluetooth function not work when I power the arduino with an external power supply, but it does when its powered through my laptop?
Appreciate your help.
