hi
i am traing to do a BMS circuit for 3 1.5v batteries and and am using 1.5v solar panel for charging,and i wan to use the 3 batteries as source for another circuits
there is schematic
and whenever i do am not getting the 1.5v for single battery, and am getting fix total of 2.96v
need some help to get it right
Please explain how you think a 1.5V panel will charge a 4.5V series battery connection.
