Could you please help me to upload the sketch into MEGA ?
I already did using ESP, but I intend to perform the same to MEGA.
I Also see that the DIP switches doesn't work when using the ArduinoOTA.

what the switches to do with OTA? the switches switch the connections between the MCUs and the USB chip.
Those are different CPU cores and the code is different. Be sure you are using the correct libraries. You might let us know what tool chain you are using or is it the Arduino IDE? What do you need on uploading the sketch, what is not working?
