Board not detected

I am having an issue with my Arduino Uno R4 Wi-Fi board

Information
Board type: Arduino Uno R4 Wi-Fi
Computer OS: Windows 11 24H2
IDE Version: 2.3.4
Problem Description
My Arduino Uno R4 Wi-Fi board is not working. My computer does not detect it. I have tried numerous USB cables (A white cable, a JBL cable and a black cable)
I have tried multiple solutions which include: Reinstalling the IDE did not help, uninstalling then reinstalling USB drivers. When I plug/unplug my Arduino, Windows does not make a noise (Hardware Insert or Hardware Remove), it does make a noise when I connect/disconnect my USB mouse, I have tried it on my older HP (Which is now running Windows 7, which was originally running Windows 10), yet it did not make a sound either, The power LED on the board is on, and it was working before. I have tried putting the board in Bootloader mode, yet it still does not help.

Did it ever work?

I can't really help but this might be an indication that your cables are no good. You mention JBL; that is probably a charge-only cable for a Bluetooth speaker (mine is).

I'm not familiar with your board. When you double tap the reset button, does device manager show some reaction? Does the behaviour of the L-LED change?
