The circuit is simple, what is complex is the implementation. The layout is crucial that is why so many home made systems fail.
You are better off buying one.
Like one of these, with or without displays.

i am asking there is any circuit to do ourself...i did it once by using juke thief but the ckt is little bulky with inductor, i wish little more small ckt..i am doing a project with a gas sensor.. its working voltage is 5v and i have 3.7 Li polymer batter so need to boost the voltage before given to gas sensor and controller

You'll find that it's cheaper (and easier) to buy one ready-made on eBay than it is to buy the parts and make your own.
