Bootloader on different uController

Can I use the arduino bootloader on any Atmel uController? I am looking for big uControllers with SUPER FAST processing (SUPER FAST as in when compared to 16MHz) such as this one http://www.atmel.com/products/microcontrollers/avr/32-BitAVRuc3.aspx

Is this possible?

No you cant. The software is not compatible with such microcontrollers.
