Bought Tiny85 boards with USB, not getting port, so need correct driver

The Tiny85 board is small, and even though I have a USB port, the only chip on the board is the Tiny85. So I have to assume that it is using the internal osc for clock. I configured my IDE to show all the Tiny chips, so I made progress. If there isn't a chip showing for USB, but USB is working, and not getting a driver, thus no port number, I'm baffled. It has two LEDs, one for power, and the other flashes, jsu the way the bootloader on an Uno would do.

I'm not very well versed in all things Arduino, so any help in getting these to work will be appreciated.

I will try to attach a picture of the board.

I think the USB ports on those boards are only there to provide a convenient way for you to power the board. To actually program the chips you will need to use an ISP device of some kind.

Looks like this board: $8.99 - ATtiny85 Breakout Board - Tinkersphere
