BPM Code If-Else Statement

The code below is a code of heartbeat monitor, I need to make an if-else statement which is "if 65< heart rate< 100, keep sensing heart rate, else (do another fucntion)" don't worry about the other function I just need the if-else statement, can someone help me with that?

The variable isn't heartRate or is it? I need the variable which stores the heart rate value

No, I made it up. Take a look at your sketch to see the name of your variable
