me and my class have to redraw the BRACCIO robot from the arduino kit it will be really super nice if we can have the 2D plans to be able to train us in mechatronics.

I'm not following you completely - how would having the 2D plans train you in mechatronics? Also what does that have to do with the assignment, exactly?
Is the assignment, to make the 2D plans? If so, how would having them handed to you help you learn?
Yes of course 
But having the plans will allow us to have the exact dimensions all the interest is to be able to become familiar with a new drawing software
