Braccio tinkerkit motor6-gripper doesn’t close

Hi, i just received my Tinkerkit Braccio and I face a small problem. Everything seems to work ok except the M6 motor for the griper. It opens but doesn’t close…it cannot grab anything because it closes only 2-3 cm from the open state.It barely moves. I think that the problem is in the motor because I constructed and deconstructed twice but the problem was not solved. Any suggestions? Thank you.
