Just bought a new unit for a project in work but it will not work. As soon as I put power onto it, the L led next to pin 13 blinks constantly. it will not let me upload code now will it let me reset it by pressing the button. Does anyone know what this fault is and if I can resolve it?

What error do you get when you try to upload a sketch?
I have sorted it now mate. I was trying to upload from my pc and no matter what port I assigned it to, it would not resolve the issue. I hooked it up to my laptop and it would let me upload from port 5. The strange thing is that my other uno will only let me upload from port 4 on my laptop. Rather strange happening tbh

In your software you might double check the tools/serial port , and CHECK the one that is listed
