Breadboard to PCB

I have a fairly simple project. I am running power and ground from my Arduino to breadboard, to power a moister sensor and sd card reader. However, I need to transfer this to a pbc board, how should I go about doing this? Can I power the pcb directly from the ard? Should I do it another way? I am honestly new to this so any help is much appreciated.

I would go to sparkfun electronics, look up their arduino sd card shield and study their design:

Adafruit has a similar shield.

Use EAGLE. You can design a shield to mount on arduino. If you succeed, your next step could be adding the arduino essential parts to the shield to make it an all-in-one standalone board.
