Bridge Reference poorly explaned

The explanations of get and put are poorly explained.

Get reference does not explain the effect of a no existent key. It does not cover if it is possible to have binary data in the buffer.
Also it it can not why not. 99% of what I would want to send between the Linux and the Atmega would be binary.
There is no corresponding link or explanation to the matching Linux call.

The examples files in the IDE are of very little help and quite disappointing.

transfer() has almost no usable information. No example and after hours of "googling" no supporting information.

For a new Product the YUN is poorly explained to me who has many many years of professional experience with Linux and Arduinos. How could hacker level uses be expected to understand.

I would suggest the Reference section was revamped to cover what would be expected by a "standard" engineer.

Thanks,
Ralph Richardson.

What does this have to do with "Other Software Development"?
