Broadcasting data through RFID module

Hello,

I wanted to know if it is possible to broadcast RFID data with a module like the RC522.
If not, can it be done with another module ?

The aim is to mimic a RFID card, but with a dynamic content.

Eventually you can find such hardware in an RFID development kit, but not very likely.
