Broadcasting sound to UHF/VHF telvisions with wearble device

Hello,

I have two old tv sets with UHF/VHF split connections in the back similar to this:

I'm working on an installtion piece and I would like to broadcast sound and/or video via a wearable device, like a bracelet or necklace, to the televisions wirelessly.

I'm not exactly sure where to get started and I want to flesh out a gameplan before I start buying RF transmitters and wireless devices. I was wondering if any of you wonderful forum contributors had any advice.

Not sure of Arduino's place in this, unless you are going to do a major development effort.

Maybe: SmartPhone - Skype - Computer - TV as Video Display ??

Sound would not be too hard, is just AM signal I think (or FM, one or the other).
Video would be a lot trickier. Really need to feed your content into a modulator.
Do some googling, think you will find it won't be as small as you'd like and likely pretty power hungry.

google or ebay for video sender.

"Video Modulator" like:

I don' think either are wireless tho.

Power- how big a battery pack are you willing to carry? With maybe a switching regulator if need to get a higher voltage.

The below might work. Would require a composite to ch 3/4 converter, but they use to be inexpensive.

Something like a 2.4GHz sender/receiver pair from www.lprs.co.uk, with the receiver coupled to a modulator.

Thanks folks, this is a great help to get me started. I'm sure I'll have more questions once I do some more research.
