broken iurl at least for OSX 10.9.5 and google chrome 42.0.2311.90

As in topic:
On OSX 10.9.5 with the latest google chrome there is sometimes a "%22" before the URL Link. That's complete annoying.
Test:
Wikipedia
http://www.onandoffables.com/index.php?m=arminarm
as you can see the second link is mangled.
Translation of this:

[iurl=http://www.wikipedia.org/]Wikipedia[/iurl]

People will dislike this. Which is why I do not use it.

Please have your links (external to arduino.cc) open up in a new tab/window using [url][/url].

However it does work. (manually type it, the auto link thingo is probably still broken, it was a while back)
