I did a bit of Internet archeology via the Wayback Machine and found this archived copy of the page:

I believe the relevant part of that page is the linked "16-bit UUID Numbers Document" PDF download. This seems to contain a longer list of services, which have likely increased in number since the 2016 version at that original page.
