Guys i really need help my Atmega328P-PU has broken pins wont accept sketches anymore and the last sketch i used is blink example i didnt shorted anything i tried using avrisp MkII hex file on my atmega16u2 and using it to program my atmega328 but it wont work using arduino ide and i will install atmel studio 7 tomorrow and also i will tell everything tomorrow and im from Cabanatuan City,Philippines which has an electronics store but always none of the parts i need are there so Help me please im praying just for this

You can't get those in brick and mortar stores - it's not just in the Philippines. Even here, some . Most of us get our parts mail-order. Finding a decent electronics supplier in the Philippines, or a place that will ship there for sane prices, might be harder.
The 328p is common enough that eBay is usually cheaper than a "real" electronics place, and their shipping is probably cheaper - check if any of the cheapo ebay sellers will ship to you for a good price.
