Hi, I'm an enthusiast and a beginner in microcontroller programming, I'm managing this foc board (DRV8302) with an Arduino 2560 with the brushless motor as in the photo, both in position control and in speed control the motor gets very hot even when powered at 12v Could you give me some advice on this? Perhaps the engine is not suitable for an FOC check? I've managed to power it from as low as 7.40 with 1.6A current up to higher voltages but it always reaches high temperatures.
Salve, sono un appassionato ed un principiante nella programmazione dei microcontrollori, sto gestendo con un Arduino 2560 questa scheda foc (DRV8302) con il motore brushless come da foto, sia nel controllo posizione che nel controllo velocità il motore si riscalda molto anche alimentato a 12v, sapreste darmi qualche consiglio in merito? Forse il motore non è idoneo ad un controllo FOC? Sono riuscito ad alimentarlo da un minimo di 7,40 con una corrente da 1,6 A fino a tensioni più elevate ma raggiunge sempre temperature elevate.
