Hello everyone,
I am a hobbyist, I don't know the math that makes power electronics tick.
I want to control a 2HP water pump(only on/off) with a PIC MICROCONTROLLER and the BTA41-600B Triac and a MOC3022 Optoisolator. I googled a lot, but could not find any snubber circuit design for the setup. Our supply current is 240~260V AC. Can anyone suggest me a design.
Any help is highly needed.
