Build brushless motor

Hi
Recently I have become curious about brushless motors however one thing I am still yet to understand is within the category of brushless motors we have the type of motors attached (used in brushless fan, super quiet) or other brushless dc motors that are bulky but not as quiet.

I am trying to build a project that if it gets into production I will need to have BLDC motors like the attached one, however I am not able to see them for sale. Hence, does anyone have any pointers how I can build a BLDC motor like the attached one?

Since you ask about building such motors, I guess that you have neither the experience nor the right machines for such fabrication. Don't look into the flea market, instead ask a motor manufacturer or distributor for available products.

Fabricating small motors such as the one in your picture would be quite a specialised task.

Sorry for the late reply on this, as I had to put the hobby down for a while..

I stumbled upon this video: 3D printed Brushless motor - YouTube in case anyone is interested in attempting.

I will attempt to follow this build as education purpose.

My next step would eventually try to understand ESC and in order to learn about it, try to build one.
