Build directory documentation incorrect for Mac OS

The BuildProcess webpage says it builds to /tmp on OSX. It's not there. It's in /var/folders/-B/-BPrY4S8FLSKzjcf+THsNk+++TM/-Tmp-/build6711536341655330731.tmp

on my mac running Arduino 21, Mac OS X 10.6.5

Please correct docs. Those folder names appear to be different on every user's mac BTW. might want to provide some sort of link to the build dir.

The build path changes with every Arduino session. You can find the path for a given session by holding down the shift key when verifying/uploading.
