Build Issues on Mac OS X

I'm running Max OS X 10.7, and I would like to have compilation warnings shown in the IDE. So far, I've done the following:

This is the error ant gives me:

>> ant
Buildfile: /Users/zach/Desktop/arduino-0022/build/build.xml

build:

macosx-checkos:

subprojects-build:

    [mkdir] Created dir: /Users/zach/Desktop/arduino-0022/core/bin
[javac] Compiling 34 source files to /Users/zach/Desktop/arduino-0022/core/bin

[javac] Note: Recompile with -Xlint:unchecked for details.

macosx-build:

BUILD FAILED
/Users/zach/Desktop/arduino-0022/build/build.xml:28: The following error occurred while executing this line:
/Users/zach/Desktop/arduino-0022/build/build.xml:177: Warning: Could not find file /Users/zach/Desktop/arduino-0022/build/macosx/work/template.app to copy.

Total time: 4 seconds

Sure enough, there is no template.app file. Any ideas why it's not being generated?

Thanks in advance,
Zach
