Im planning to integrate the due CPU into my own Board. In my Last revision, I used the ISP pins with an atmel mkii to programm the Chip.
What would be the best/simplest way to program the Chip? Does this Tutorial still work with the ARM Chip over ISP? This would be great!
Using the InChip bootloader with bossac is also a easy method.
Hi, I'm also very interested in this. Actually I program the ATMEGA IC's with an AVR MKII, but I wonder if it is possible to the same with the DUE IC. (not the complete arduino board, just the IC).
A quick peak in the Datasheet of the Atmel SAM3X8E datasheet wil give you a perfect overview of the methods of programming this chip.

I try to get my hands on to an Atmel Sam-ICE. As far as I know its not possible to programm an ARM Chip with an AVR Programmer.
As I understood, to JTAG the device we need to have an 10 Pin JTAG Connector ( Table 3-1 + DCC and GND). Is this correct so far?
I dont think you can program the Chip directly within the Arduino IDE right now, but maybe someone who is more into this can tell us more?
