Building animatronics in a real 1943 biplane

I am a Storyteller around a 1943 Boeing Stearman biplane and want to take my shows on aviation events to the next level. The plane should get alive with moving eyes upfront, flight controls moving, being a smoke puffing machine from the flapping engine cowlings. We got the controls, the smoke, the cowlings operational. Now I need help to get the eyes made, to get everthing in a choreography in line with the stories told via pre-recordings and my voice. The plane is called Stearman Old Crow. Who can help?
