I am trying to build replicate of the below YouTube link attached. So i Need software & hardware requirement to get it work.Please let me Know proper software and hardware to installed to make it work.
Is their any guideline to make it work On android tab with example will helpfull.

I would like to know

  1. What are programming skill must know to do this
    2)What are hardware need to get started with basic level of customized menu
    3)IS any android application where i can design my customized Menu selection
