This is going to sound funny but I didn't get it at first. (I'm a coffee drinker and tea is the last thing I would be thinking about. I was thinking "Tell me you didn't just say that...")
Hmmm. Neither did I! 
I had to make the connection of UK and TEA , because I never drink tea unless offered it by someone I would not care to displease. I don't
know if you're from UK but Iknow they propably have more tea drinkers than coffee drinkers. I only drink coffee so tea is the last thing that
would come to my mind unless there is some obvious cue that would suggest "hello, we're talking about tea here. To put it into perspective,
when I first heard about the Boston Tea Party in a History class lecture my first thought was "That's not so bad. Thank god it wasn't coffee !"
