Bullets not working

The following lines (1 2) are inside the list, /list and li /li [] tags but not appearing as bullets:

  • 1
  • 2

Here's a copy paste of that inside code tags so the list tags show. I used the rightmost tag icon, next to the Quote one, and just typed the 1 and 2 between the li and /li.

[li]2[/li]
[/list]

This is confirmed, annoying, and needs to be fixed. Bullet points (lists) are a great organizational tool.

They did actually work after the upgrade, but then stopped...

As always, and very often repeated: please be sure to load the currents CSS file into the cache of your browser.
Sometime it is enough to press Ctrl+F5, sometime else it is required a full flush of the local cache by the control panel of the Internet browser.

Edit, But ok I did the cache thing and it's working now: why did it stop working though....

Since I did the cache thing I get a vertical scroll bar on the left of posts....... is that another new feature- pretty sure it wasn't there before.

I only get that if I hit CTRL-+ to make the font etc bigger
