Burned out 3-pin IC (Mega 2560)

I have a RepRap 3D printer, which uses an Arduino Mega and a Ramps shield to control the motors. While attempting to fix the wiring, I managed to burn out the 3-pin (plus ground pad) IC next to the barrel jack. Could someone please provide me with the part number so I can order a new one and solder it back on?

That is the voltage regulator for the 5V.

According to the schematics : NCP1117ST50T3G
Or in short, a "1117" 5V voltage regulator.
You could remove it from the board, use an external 5V voltage regulator and feed that into the 5V pin of the board.
