Burning Leonardo Bootloader onto ATMEGA32u4 with Arduino Nano

Hello,

I am trying to upload the Arduino Bootloader to an ATMEGA32u4. I have uploaded ArduinoISP to the Nano, then attached the ICSP pins of the Nano to the ICSP pins of the ATMEGA32u4, put a 10µF capacitor between RST and GND, chose Leonardo as the board, made Arduino as ISP the programmer and clicked 'Burn Bootloader'. This is the error I am getting:
Arduino: 1.8.19 (Mac OS X), Board: "Arduino Leonardo"

avrdude done. Thank you.

I can't seem to figure out how to fix this. Any help is appreciated.

you don't mention reset pin of the 32u4

What do you mean?

wire pin 10 of the programmer Nano to reset pin of the 32u4

I have that done
