I have a smart energy meter type WM22 DIN having a rs485 bus, how can I read the data with ARDUINO board

Is the RS-485 already connected to some other network and you want to just listen?

Your smart meter uses RS-485 as the physical layer of the communication and a seriously simplified version of ModBus on the protocol layer.

That means you need hardware to adapt to the RS-485 levels and you need software to "speak" ModBus. There are several ModBus libraries available for the Arduino, each with drawbacks and most with some advantages. To adapt to the RS-485 you can use either a commercially available module (if the meter is not part of a network) or a custom adapter built upon a driver chip as the MAX485.

Provide information about what you're trying to do with the Arduino connected to the meter and what other components may be connected to that bus.
