Yes. I'll need to see exactly how it works to convince myself 100 percent.
I did tested it in the wokwi, and I also tested it IRL with the UNO board I have handy. It works.
The wokwi pushbuttons bounce! They can be made perfect, but out of the box they bounce for long enough to catch out some debouncing strategies, certainly long enough to demonstrate the need for debouncing if you just use them expecting them to not. Bounce.
I have no experience with any other simulators. When I looked around for one some years ago - never mind how long precisely - all sims were junky toys or otherwise not acceptable. wokwi is very good and only getting better.
Now I am challenged to understand this latest version. I have not been on my hands and knees going through it. Its manner of accomplishing the functions does not leap off the page at me.
Imma find some of my crappier switches for the acid test L8R. Until my cheap Arcade switch bounce is filtered and I understand what the code does, I won't fly this to the Moon. But just now it seems to be fine.
Edit: cheap Arcade switch test OK! Now just lemme understand the codeā¦
