Well, what I can do is google, but that is what you can do as well...
Many people here buy their things through eBay from Hong Kong. The problem is not those Hong Kong dealers, but the post and custom offices in your country. You will have to find out. Cheapest things are around $5 (Power plugs, breadboard wiring,... Arduinos cost $20. Those prices include the shipping to USA or Europe...
I ship to Indonesia frequently, and as long as its not booze or medicine its not too bad to get though customs (though it is insanely expensive from the USA, and I am not an arduino seller)
Well, if you can't get an official or a variant of an Arduino, you could build one yourself from pretty common components.
yea you could but one would need to still source a mega 328 with the bootloader on it or get a programmer which may be just as tricky
but honestly Indonesia is close to a lot of places, so even if you couldn't get one in country it really should not be that big of a deal to import one

It's the Indonesian ebay but I can't get past the home page for some reason. Maybe I need to live there or something....Not sure how big eBay is in Indonesia either...
See if you can first get an Arduino board. If not, look for a clone. If you can't find a clone, look for an ATMega 168/328 with an Arduino bootloader. If you can't find that, just get an ATMega 168/328 without the bootloader and look for a AVR Programmer.

aye, if you can get at least 1 bootloaded chip your good to go without a programmer (cause then you can use that chip as an arduino AND a programmer)
