I reply to myself so I hope to help someone.
I bought the first module, 2 for test rx and tx.
Enviroment for test:
downhill road with traffic (many) I put the module with tx about 60 cm from ground, I moved with module rx.
At 433 MHz
PATABLE = 0x60 (low power)
at distance about 190 meters the signal is good and I don't lost packet, beetween 200m and 220m I begin to lost packet, over no signal.
PATABLE = 0xC0 (high power)
at distance about 450 meters the signal is good, I don't lost packet, I have not tried to go beyond
At 330 MHz
PATABLE = 0x60 (low power)
at distance about 90 meters the signal is good and I don't lost packet, at 100m I begin to lost packet, over no signal.
PATABLE = 0xC0 (high power)
at distance about 130 meters the signal is good and I don't lost packet, at 140m I begin to lost packet, over no signal.
I tried also to trasmit at 915MHz, the signal is good up to 1m over no signal. It's ok was just a test.
So the range 300-348MHz is good also with modules designed for 433MHz.
CC1101 are very great modules I will buy others. I hope a day to find modules with selectable frequency with manual switch:
low 300 - 348 MHz
middle 387 - 464 MHz
high 779 - 928 Mhz
Hi,
CC1101 according to data sheet has only 12 dBm output power. Si4432 http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/QjUzvRf6U
has +20 dBm, about 5 times higher
What I like in Si4432, it completely covers 240-960 range w/o gaps. You can make all range RF scanner easily.
