bypassing PIR/Ultrasonic Motion Sensor

Long story short, motion sensors are interfering with the Intersense IS-900 in our laboratory at school. Unhooked sensors, system works fine, but lights don't work (of course).

Multimeter registered 40VAC with one probe floating in air, other on white wire (which I think is black on the power module).

Also has red and blue wires coming out. Meter showed 0.4VAC between either and the white/black, and 11VAC between the red/blue.

I don't have access to the breaker, but I do to the junction where the sensor power module is.

Facility Management says we're on our own, they can't alter the circuit because the building is a "registered green building" thus all lights must be sensored.

Ideally, I'd like to run a 3-wire conduit from the lab's attic (where the module is) down the wall to a DPDT switch, where I can either link the sensors to their power module, or cross short the module to think a sensor is attached.

Backup plan is do that, but not cross-short the module, if I don't know the connections. So the lights can still be functional, but not during experimentation.

3rd plan (might be easiest) is to unparrallel a sensor from elsewhere in the lab, and run a long conduit to the experimentation room, through the attic.

The Experimentation room has 4 sensors in parrallel, I disco'd at the master/power module connection.

The hallway outside the experimentation room has 2 sensors, I think they are parallel (that's where I'd steal a sensor). The workspace in back has 2 more sensors.

I THINK these are them

How is a Passive Infrared sensor interfering with anything?

Wires from what?
What are you talking about?

see the links I posted- the sensor is a PIR/ultrasound occupancy detecter. The Intersense IS-900 is an ultrasound echolocation system.

The sensors and the power module have 3 wires. Trying to figure out how I can fake the sensors not being there.

I'm going to look today and see if I can steal a hallway sensor's connection.
