CAD similar to TinkerCAD which shows the L298N Motorshield

Hi there!
I'm new to Arduino and Micro controllers and have been given the opportunity to teach circuits and coding as part of Robotcs. Would someone be able to tell me which app has been used for this schematic?

Previous teachers have used an extremely complex robot, which uses the L298N motorshield. We have not been able to successfully wire them. Images not great and the wiring diagrams are confusing, so I have found this and would like to attempt to make our robots simpler to build.
Thanks in advance for any advice and support.

It doesn't look much different than MS Powerpoint.

This is probably off topic, but there are much much better motor drivers than the ancient power hungry L298 and L293 especially for battery powered devices.

Pololu DC motor drivers for instance.

Then take the chance to teach reading and drawing true circuit diagrams instead of such unreadable Fritzing.

Hi, groundFungus!
If I teach this subject again next year, I will not be using this complex robot for my students. Too much to go wrong. Thanks for the heads up on the power usage. They do seem to go through the batteries.

Thanks, DavidX!
Looking at it now, it does look like a PowerPoint. We just can't find the image of the motorshield on TinkerCAD and I am not that great at robotics myself. Teaching out of field.

What is the voltage of the battery ? I has to go through two 5V voltage regulators before it reaches the microcontroller.

9Volts.

A normal 9V battery ? That is not enough to power it, it might last a few minutes, if it would work at all.
