well I followed the curcuit. control 1 and control 2 is output from pin 2, 3 from arduino. that is pretty much it.
For the connections between uln2003 and 28byj-48 I attach:
out 2 -> blue
out 3 -> yellow
out 4 -> pink
out 5 -> orange
