Calculating Unknown Resistor with Arduino

On the back of the board they are. However, there are traces in the actual green board (see the pic I provided; to the top-right of that black vacuum switch) that are varying lengths. However, those traces are quite wide and thick to, I would assume, reduce resistance.

I'll take your word for it! I don't know what you consider to be beginner mistakes (apart from wire gauges I assume), but any tips on what could be improved I'm always open to, even if I didn't design this board

Aye. There is a second, identical contact board (the green top in the picture) with nothing on it. As I've been technically transferred during this interim, I have the opportunity to iterate the design. I plan to use off the shelf parts wherever possible. In this instance, it'll probably be the Adafruit INA260 (x16 of the these) with an I2C multiplexer that will reduce and remove that rat's nest.

Well, I guess I'm glad to have been of some assistance
I'll be sure to include a picture if I need help again.

Of course! It has been a big help in diagnosing and fixing this issue, among others. I always try to give credit where credit is due.
