Because the range of these parts are like 6-8 ohms, anything above or below that would be considered a bad part, so I think it would be okay for now? We run this specific part once every 2 - 3 months, so hopefully by the next run, I will have the next board made and this will be a non-issue! 
I will take all of these suggestions and be sure to avoid them in the future. I already planned to solder the wires directly to the Mega instead of what you see above in the redesign.
