Hey guys,
For an upcoming project I need to have a small camera controlled off my arduino to take pictures when the arduino does a command. What are my options for an inexpensive camera(doesnt need to be great quality) and some way to store at least around 100 pictures?
Thank you,
Stephen

I've used the cheap digital cameras from ebay, and rigged the shutter release with relays for some, and transistors for others.
Thats a great idea but I need something smaller.
Is there anything thats more made for arduino that would be smaller than a digital camera?
Thanks again,
Stephen
What have you found that fits the size you need?
What is your maximum size?
I would say maximum side would be around the size of an altoids tin(this doesnt have to fit inside of one, just using it for comparison)
Is there a solution like that?
Thanks,
Stephen
So you want: the Battery, Arduino, SD card and camera to fit into a altoids tin?

No I do not, I was using the altoid tins as a size comparison for how large the camera could be.
I just need a small sized camera that can record photos when my arduino tells it to.
Anything like that?
Thanks again,
Stephen
