Camera ESP32-S cam Failed to connect

my ESP32-S CAM doesn't work, I've put an example of my connection and I don't know why it doesn't work when I've connected everything correctly or even selected it. and i use a simple code like an instance of "CameraWebServer" with ESP32

A fatal error has occurred: Failed to connect to ESP32: No serial data received.

'Port' is greyed out.

Implying the Serial adapter your using is not plugged in or detected.

But I've plugged it in, I can see the port in the arduino IDE and the usb microcontroller has its ON led lit up. And another detail I didn't mention is that I'd followed a tutorial to make the camera work and I'd pressed the RESET button on the camera several times because before when I plugged the camera into my PC, well, the camera's flash was on and after I reset it, the flash wasn't on anymore, so I had the impression that the camera wasn't working because of that.

So why does is show as greyed out in the screenshot ?

On some newer ESP32CAMs the 'GND' pin next to the 'UOT' pin is actually connected to EN\RESET.

wait i don't see it in the screenshot look this i take it recently
