Hey! I want to make robot that charge itself when the battery is low.How do i make the robot go to the exact location of the charger wherever i put it? I think it may involve with machine learning but is there any ways to do it without machine learning?
you could have a wire in the ground with a signal that the robot would cross and following the wire will guide the robot to the charging station (which would also have some wireless signals for alignment)
that's how some robot mower find their base

Try using IR, have a modulated beam that the robot searches for and then seeks it out.
