Can Anyone Identify this Bluetooth Module? "57H6"

Hi

I ordered an HC-05 Bluetooth module from banggood,
it should have a BC352 chip on it, like this:

Instead, I received a module with a 57H6 chip on it..

Does anyone know what Bluetooth module it is?

Should it? What makes you say that?
Do you have any other evidence that suggests it is not an HC-05? An HC-05 that I have to hand has a BC417 on it, and yet it tells me in plain English that it is an HC-05, and I believe it.

This is interesting.
The BC417 is used in the HC-06 module, which is a Slave only module.

Can your BC417 based module act both as a Master and a Slave?
(have you checked both modes with it?)

There is no need to check it as a master, there is not the slightest doubt that it is an HC-05. You are just looking for a non-existent problem.
