I came across this connector in a wah pedal and it is 2.54 spacing, no wire stripping required. Anyone know? thanks

MTA100 series manual insertion tool $35.10 each in stock at DigiKey.

If this is one-off use, there are tons of compatible connectors with crimp/solder pins, avoiding the cost of the tool. Even the inexpensive “DuPont” jumper wires sold are eBay would work.
