can arduino connect with 64x32 indoor RGB HD P4 led display module?

hi friend.
i have 1 project to control RGB led display. i plan use arduino uno or mega with 64x32 indoor RGB HD P4 led display module.
but i not sure arduino can connect with this display or not., i also don't any reference or sample coding for this 64x32 indoor RGB HD P4 led display module.

if anyone already use this display can u help me..
