Can arduino handle 3 sensor inputs?

Hello, Im planning to use arduino with 3 sensors which is moisture, temperature and motion. Also arduino should take a voice from a mic. So can arduino have a total of 4 inputs to it?

Arduino┬┤s 328p has one serial link, 6 analog inputs and 12 digital pins that can be use as inputs as well. I suppose voice module communicate through serial link and accelerometer as well. In theory it can works if you will write software correctly.....I think.

Also arduino should take a voice from a mic.

Can you tell more about this? And the overal goal of your project?

Arduino cannot detect voices or do text to speech or voice processing without additional hardware, at best it can detect a certain volume and with some fft it can derive some frequencies. you might use different whistles as commands, just like those sheepdogs

Can you tell more about this? And the overal goal of your project?

Sure, all I want to do is mic to detect babys crying voice and cancel background noise (using amplification and filtering). And then arduino needs to transmit this voice to a receiver. Using a transmitter.

You dont need arduino to do that. Here are more easier and less expensive ways...

That's well outside of the Arduino's capability. "Cancel background noise" is a pretty heft DSP and is asking a lot for the ATmega's 2K of SRAM. As already mentioned, there are better ways to transmit voice than using the Arduino.

You really don't need to effectively keep asking the same questions over and over: http://arduino.cc/forum/index.php/topic,74586.msg562130.html#msg562130 http://arduino.cc/forum/index.php/topic,74811.msg563690.html#msg563690 http://arduino.cc/forum/index.php/topic,74825.msg563760.html#msg563760
