Can attiny20-uur be used with an arduino IDE?

I'm going to make a small device. So I want to use Atiny20-UUR, which is a small 8-bit mcu.

I don't know because it's my first time making a product myself. If I upload the boot loader to this mcu, can I use it just like Arduino?
