CAN bus HOW TO send data?


i'm starting to use Arduino board.(i 'm more famliar with the PIC16F Family!). I see a shield about the CanBus and a demo to receive a data. My aim is to SEND datas for simulating a car.i don't know exactly How to initialise the two MCP on the board shield?

So If someone got a draft of all i have to do?
